Jason – Lead Designer
Jason is Concept Kitchens’ Lead Designer, bringing many years of experience in the stone industry, along with previous experience in kitchen design across residential projects.
He leads the design process with a structured and considered approach, with a strong focus on space planning, functionality, and refined detailing. His extensive background in stone gives him a practical, hands-on knowledge of material performance, fabrication processes, and how these elements influence both design outcomes and long-term durability.
Jason is known for his ability to keep projects progressing efficiently and decisively, ensuring clear direction is maintained and outcomes are delivered to a high standard.
He works closely with clients and the Concept Kitchens team to guide each project from initial ideas and design development through to final installation, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated process throughout.
Steph – Designer
Steph has been designing kitchens with Concept Kitchens since 2023, bringing a considered and detail-focused approach to each project.
She works closely with clients to develop functional, well-resolved kitchen designs that balance aesthetics with everyday practicality. With a strong understanding of space planning, materials, and finishes, Steph ensures each design is tailored to suit both the client’s lifestyle and the overall project brief.

Vicki – Designer
Vicki joins Concept Kitchens with a degree in architectural engineering and 14 years of experience in high-end interior and joinery design, having worked across Sydney and Port Macquarie as a Senior Interior Designer and consultant.
She’s spent her career working across a wide mix of projects, from kitchens and bathrooms through to custom joinery for living spaces, offices, bedrooms, and feature areas. Vicki enjoys the process of taking a brief and developing it into something practical, well-resolved, and visually considered.
She has a steady, organised and detailed approach to design.
